Founded in 1997 by Rashed Suhael Helal Al Mazrooe and Damodar Prasad, Rashid Suhail Contracting & General Maintenance L.L.C. began as a small contracting outfit focused on general maintenance work in Abu Dhabi. Over the following years, steady demand for reliable, quality-driven contractors allowed the company to expand into full civil construction, renovations, MEP installation and metal fabrication — all delivered by an in-house team rather than a rotating cast of subcontractors.
Today, with 29 years of experience behind us, we have completed more than 200 residential, commercial and industrial projects, ranging from single-villa renovations to multi-story commercial towers and large industrial facilities.
