MEP Solutions

Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems form the backbone of every functional building, and our MEP division is equipped to design, install, test and commission these systems for projects of any scale. We work closely with architects and structural teams from the early design stage to make sure electrical loads, HVAC routing and plumbing lines are integrated efficiently rather than added as an afterthought.

Metal Fabrication

Our fabrication workshop produces structural steel frameworks, staircases, railings, gates, canopies and decorative metalwork for both new builds and renovation projects. Every piece is fabricated to precise measurements taken on site, then finished and installed by our own crews — which means tighter tolerances and a better fit than off-the-shelf alternatives.

We work with mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other metals depending on the application, and we can match any design brief from purely functional structural supports to intricate decorative screens and gates that become a feature of the building.
